摘要：本文旨在探討醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀，為醫(yī)用耗材的規(guī)范化管理提供相關(guān)建議。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談、座談會(huì)、設(shè)計(jì)查檢表等調(diào)研方式方法，查找醫(yī)用耗材需求環(huán)節(jié)、配送環(huán)節(jié)、倉(cāng)管環(huán)節(jié)等各環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)醫(yī)用耗材供應(yīng)鏈各相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)管理中存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的整改措施。這些措施可優(yōu)化醫(yī)用耗材供應(yīng)鏈流程，完善耗材管理制度，降低耗材使用成本，提高醫(yī)院耗材精細(xì)化管理。
